We currently only have two overseas warehouses: US and EU warehouses.

At present, our target customers are predominantly located in the United States, so we have stored a lot of dolls in our US warehouse, but we only store a small amount of dolls in the EU warehouse, that means that some dolls may be out of stock in the EU warehouse.

Our EU warehouse is located in Germany, which means that we can deliver our products to all EU countries.

1. All orders to the United States shipping address will be sent from the United States warehouse. The delivery time is about 3-5 working days, free of freight!

2. All orders to the Germany shipping address will be sent from the Germany warehouse. The delivery time is about 3-5 working days, free of freight!

If your doll out of stock in our US or EU warehouse, we will ship directly from our China factory. When you add the product to the shopping cart, the additional freight and delivery time will be automatically calculated and displayed on your shopping cart page. Shipping costs and delivery time may vary for different countries.

Complete order delivery process

1. Once you pay for the order, you will immediately receive our order confirmation email, which will list the details of the products you ordered.

2.Then we will have an order processing time of 2 working days. We will process all your orders within 2 working days (weekends and holidays are not considered working days). If you find the wrong delivery address during order processing, please send us an email immediately: [email protected] to tell us the correct shipping address. We will not be able to change the address once the goods arrive.

3. We will send your goods immediately after the order is processed. You will also receive an email containing a link to track the status of the shipment. You can easily track the latest transportation status of your goods by clicking on the link. With this real-time logistics status tracking link, you can predict when your goods will arrive, wait for delivery at home, or contact the courier to change the delivery time.

What is order processing time?

After receiving your order, each commodity will undergo strict quality control to ensure the quality of the product.

The buyer shall bear the following conditions:

1. Except shipping to the United States, orders from other countries may be required to pay customs duties by the buyer’s local customs, which will be paid by the buyer.
