Complete order delivery process

1. Once you pay for the order, you will immediately receive our order confirmation email, which will list the details of the products you ordered.

2.Then we will have an order processing time of 2 working days. We will process all your orders within 2 working days (weekends and holidays are not considered working days). If you find the wrong delivery address during order processing, please send us an email immediately: info@idolsdoll.com to tell us the correct shipping address. We will not be able to change the address once the goods arrive.

3. We will send your goods immediately after the order is processed. You will also receive an email containing a link to track the status of the shipment. You can easily track the latest transportation status of your goods by clicking on the link. With this real-time logistics status tracking link, you can predict when your goods will arrive, wait for delivery at home, or contact the courier to change the delivery time.

What is order processing time?
